En plein air
denoting or in the manner of a 19th-century style of painting outdoors, or with a strong sense of the open air
Gallery artist Abdul Majeed Karooh will be painting live in a setting he feels most home in - Muttrah Corniche.
Having grown up in Muttrah, the corniche is part of Abdul Majeed's heart and soul and has been inspiration of the majority of his vibrant city scape paintings. Painting in his element, he invites the art-loving public to join him as artists, or spectators during this event. Come paint, draw, create, or simply watch. Meet the artist, meet MuscArt and observe the evening scenery of beautiful Muttrah in a creative light.
